Every Sunday afternoon, during the late autumn and winter months, when the Church Bells announced the day’s sunset hour, Maurice Chavel and Lucy Honeypot would walk from their beloved Byrdland through the village, singing songs of praise to the thousands of starlings that flew above the village in a magnificent display of Nature’s perfect choreography.

Currently on display at the Arts Revive gallery in Selma, AL.

All of the art works are painted and carved on tarpaper, mounted on a wood frame, and finished with marine varnish.

Shipping billed seperately.
